Travel More helps travelers plan practical India itineraries with route guidance and reference pricing. Travelers can use the information independently or request personalized planning and booking assistance.

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid IDs, permits, and any destination-specific documents required by authorities.

Website prices are planning references, not live quotations. Compare the traveler count, room sharing, hotel category, transport, taxes, inclusions and exclusions in a dated quote.

This website does not take payment. Any advance amount, balance deadline and booking confirmation conditions must be stated in the written quote before payment.

Hotels, transport, tickets, meals, permits and activities are included only when specified in the written quote. Confirm any on-trip contact or support arrangement before booking.

Review the booking-specific cancellation and refund terms in writing before payment. Hotel, transport, ticket and activity cancellation charges may differ by supplier. If Travel More charges a separate service fee, its amount and refundability must also be stated in the quotation. The booking-specific written terms determine the applicable charges and refund conditions. General planning information is not a refund guarantee.

Travel More coordinates third-party services (hotels, transport, activities) and is not liable for provider-level operational failures beyond reasonable control.

By confirming a booking, you accept cancellation terms, force majeure clauses, and route-related operational adjustments when necessary.

Package confirmations are finalized only after written approval of itinerary, inclusions, and payment milestones. Verbal confirmations are not considered final commitments unless reflected in official invoice or booking documents.

Travelers must review hotel category, room occupancy basis, transfer scope, meal plan, and activity inclusions before payment. Any custom requests made after booking may involve incremental costs depending on supplier terms and availability.

In cases of weather disruption, road closure, permit restrictions, political unrest, or local authority advisories, itinerary flow may need modification. Discuss feasible alternatives with the relevant provider; access to all planned activities cannot be guaranteed.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for booked services through Travel More, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Travelers are advised to maintain valid travel insurance for medical, delay, and cancellation risk protection.
