Travel More is primarily an information and planning guidance resource. Optional booking support, when requested, is subject to written itinerary confirmation and clear inclusion or exclusion terms.

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid IDs, permits, and any destination-specific documents required by authorities.

Rates are subject to availability and may vary until booking confirmation is completed.

Travel More coordinates third-party services (hotels, transport, activities) and is not liable for provider-level operational failures beyond reasonable control.

By confirming a booking, you accept cancellation terms, force majeure clauses, and route-related operational adjustments when necessary.

Package confirmations are finalized only after written approval of itinerary, inclusions, and payment milestones. Verbal confirmations are not considered final commitments unless reflected in official invoice or booking documents.

Travelers must review hotel category, room occupancy basis, transfer scope, meal plan, and activity inclusions before payment. Any custom requests made after booking may involve incremental costs depending on supplier terms and availability.

In cases of weather disruption, road closure, permit restrictions, political unrest, or local authority advisories, itinerary flow may need modification. Our team will provide best-possible alternatives, but absolute access to all planned activities cannot be guaranteed.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for booked services through Travel More, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Travelers are advised to maintain valid travel insurance for medical, delay, and cancellation risk protection.
