Planning & Customization
How does the trip customization process work?
Share your destination preference, travel month, group size, and budget using our online customizer or by contacting us directly. Our planner designs a day-wise itinerary with hotel options, transport plan, and transparent pricing. You review, we refine, and then lock the booking.
Can I change the itinerary after booking?
Minor adjustments (activity swaps, meal preferences, check-in time shifts) can usually be accommodated subject to supplier availability. Major route changes after final payment may attract revision fees. We recommend locking the plan carefully before payment.
Do you offer fixed group departures?
We primarily build private, customized tours. We do organize fixed group departures for select destinations during peak seasons — contact us for the current schedule.
Can I book for a solo traveler?
Yes. We build solo travel plans with optimized hotel choices, safe transport options, and community-friendly activity suggestions. Solo supplements apply where applicable.
Pricing & Planning
What do the prices on this website mean?
They are reference guides for a well-planned trip — typical hotel, cab, and sightseeing ranges so you can compare quotes fairly and spot inflated offers. Final cost always depends on your month, hotel tier, and route.
Do I have to book through Travel More?
No. Most visitors use the site for information and plan or book on their own. If you want help, Yogesh can suggest routes, seasons, and budget ranges on WhatsApp without any obligation.
Is the starting price per person or total?
Reference prices are shown per person (usually based on two travelers sharing a room). Larger families and groups often get better per-person rates when booking with operators.
Can you help if I already have a quote from someone else?
Yes. Share the itinerary and inclusions on WhatsApp. Yogesh can help you check whether the route, season, and price look reasonable for what is being offered.
Destinations & Season
Which destinations do you cover?
We support exactly 8 main travel plan hubs: Kerala, Gujarat, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, North East / Meghalaya, and Spiritual India. Specific places like Auli, Varkala, Gir, Dawki, Ayodhya, Varanasi, and Ujjain are handled as variants inside those hubs.
When is the best time to go to Kashmir?
April–June for tulips, gardens, and comfortable weather. September–October for post-monsoon green landscapes. December–January for snow and ski season. July–August is good but wetter and busier.
Can you handle high-altitude and pilgrimage routes safely?
Yes. We include acclimatization days, altitude advisory, and safe route planning for all high-altitude itineraries. We also advise on health precautions and suggest necessary permits.
Support & Operations
What support do I get during the trip?
You receive a dedicated WhatsApp contact number for your trip. Our operations team is available Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM IST. Emergency re-planning support is available outside these hours for confirmed bookings.
Do you provide airport/station pick-up?
Yes, airport and railway station pick-up is included in most of our packages. Exact details are confirmed in writing before departure.
What if a destination or road becomes inaccessible due to weather?
We actively monitor weather and route conditions. If a segment is disrupted, our team will propose an alternative route, extended stay, or adjusted plan at no extra charge where possible.
Booking Support & Policies
If I ask for booking help, how does payment work?
When you choose optional support, payment terms are agreed clearly in writing before anything is confirmed — usually aligned with how hotels and transport partners require advances. There is no checkout on this website.
What is your refund policy?
If you book through optional support, cancellation terms follow the suppliers involved and are shared upfront. See our Refund Policy page for the general framework we follow.
