Before you book
How do I book a package?
Send your trip details through the quote form or WhatsApp. We reply on WhatsApp within 30 minutes (9am–8pm). We share a PDF quote with the day-by-day plan, hotel names, cab type and full price. When you are happy, pay 30% to confirm.
How much advance do I pay, and when is the balance due?
30% of the package cost confirms your booking. The balance is paid in full on Day 1, when you reach your first hotel. We accept Bank transfer and UPI.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 30% advance is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. Bookings cannot be refunded after they are made, because hotels, cabs and tickets are reserved with suppliers as soon as you confirm. These terms are also written in your quote before you pay anything.
Can I change the itinerary, hotels or number of days?
Yes. Every package is customised. Change hotels, add or remove days or places — we re-quote for free until you book.
What is included in the price?
Hotel stays in your chosen category, a private cab for all transfers and sightseeing, airport or station pick-up and drop, and driver allowance, fuel, tolls and parking. Breakfast and dinner are added on request. Flights, trains and entry tickets are not included unless written in your quote.
