Information you share

The inquiry form asks for your name and phone number, with optional email, preferred call time and trip notes. A linked trip request can also include destination, dates or month, duration, travelers, budget and the page or saved plan you contacted us from. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss your itinerary.

Saved plans and browser storage

The detailed planner stores a draft in your browser so you can resume it. Clear your browser site data to remove that draft, especially on a shared device. When you save a plan, its trip preferences are sent to the server. Anyone with the saved-plan link can view it; keep the link private if the plan contains personal notes.

Storage and retention

When configured, the application uses a hosted key-value store with expiry periods of 90 days for form inquiries and 30 days for saved plans. These expiry periods do not delete copies in email, WhatsApp, backups or supplier records. A configured Resend integration sends inquiry notifications to Travel More and may send an acknowledgment to the email address you provide.

Contact us to ask about retention or removal of inquiry correspondence and booking records. The expiry of a saved plan is not a cancellation of a booking.

Abuse protection

Inquiry submission limits use a hashed network-address identifier in short-lived counters. These counters expire after ten minutes and help protect the form from repeated automated requests.

Analytics and cookies

The website includes Vercel Web Analytics and can load Google Analytics when manual event measurement is configured. These services measure page visits and interactions. Our measurement code uses known product codes, bounded counts and page categories. It excludes form text, contact details, query strings, URL fragments and saved-plan identifiers.

Vercel describes its Web Analytics as using no third-party cookies. Google Analytics can use first-party cookies to distinguish visits. You can control cookies through your browser settings. See the Vercel Web Analytics privacy information and Google Analytics cookie information.

WhatsApp and other providers

WhatsApp links open a draft with the trip context you choose to share. Sending it is your decision. WhatsApp, email providers, analytics services and any suppliers you engage process information under their own policies. Avoid entering sensitive identity, payment or health details into a planner or inquiry unless needed and agreed with the recipient.

Correction and deletion requests

Email travelmorequest@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. Include enough information to identify your inquiry or saved plan. We may need to establish that the request relates to your information and explain any booking or legal record that must be retained.
